When I woke up to rain on the window yesterday morning, I did not feel the usual dreariness that one feels when it’s raining. First off, I am an unconditional rain lover, and secondly, it reminded me that FALL is just around the corner!! Fall is by far my favorite season. While walking the leaf covered street near my new home, I couldn’t help but get excited for the season to come. I’m in love with fireplaces, riding boots, the never-ending color changing of leaves, knitted sweaters and scarves and hot apple cider. So, I guess you could say I overly enjoyed browsing the windows of shops yesterday and relaxing in a café with my favorite author combined with a steamy cappuccino.

Putting all the above aside, I am an eager fall fashion lover. I have been enthusiastically browsing fall fashion on the web and in magazines the past couple of weeks. I have put together a small wish list that I’d like to share with everyone! Above are just a few items that are currently making me drool. Enjoy♥

Megan Fox’s beauty tips!

1. Raw Energy
“I eat five times a day and don’t diet, but I do eat healthily mostly raw and vegan food, with no dairy. It’s not always possible with travel and filming, but I try. I also take supplements like silica and fish oil religiously.”

2. Fresh Faced & Fabulous
“I try to keep my make-up fresh, clean and pretty on the red carpet. My signature look is red lipstick worn with plain eyes, so I apply a light foundation, then on my cheeks I use blush or sometimes the same lipstick that I’m wearing. Giorgio Armani Rouge d’Armani Lipstick in 400, contrasts well with my pale complexion and dark hair.”

3. Give Your Skin A Holiday
“Even when I’m working I don’t like wearing too much make-up, but when I’m on my own I go bare-faced as I like to give my skin a rest.”

4. Be A Bed Head
“For a date night I go for beachy, natural bed hair. Bumble and Bumble Surf Spray gives my hair that wavy, thick texture.”

5. Beauty Obsessions
“I have to wash my face every 12 hours and then moisturize. I only take showers as I don’t like sitting in bath water. After my shower I moisturize with Grapeseed Oil from Whole foods [Cold Pressed Organic Oil]. It’s a great moisturizer and lighter than olive oil.”

Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen are my favorite two as I have mentioned in a previous post, so bare with me as you will probably come across plenty of posts on the itty-bitty twosome in the future:)

Hey Guys,

A couple of weeks ago I was lucky enough to accompany my friend Matina to Alexandra Suhner Isenberg’s (of Searching for Style), first Style Salon at the Shangri-La Hotel. The event held a panel which included persons from the Vancouver fashion industry to discuss Vancouver’s role in fashion engineering. The guests included Stephen Bailey  (Marketing Director at John Fluevog), Antonia Iamartino (Lead Yoga Designer at Lululemon), Dace Moore (Founder and Creative Director at D A C E) and last but not least Matina’s significant other, Ryan Willms (Creative Director at Inventory magazine).
